Fill a waffle cone with treats and then seal it to a cookie base using melted chocolate. Cover with more chocolate and then decorate it with candy and sprinkles. Each comes with a small wooden mallet- perfect for cracking it open and revealing the sweet surprises inside! PMLIB cardholders register beginning October 9. Out of district residents may register beginning October 16, if space allows.
