Donate your unwanted but still usable craft supplies from November 1-9 at the Adult Services Desk, then everyone is welcome to “shop” for new-to-you craft supplies at our Sunday afternoon Swap on November 10!

What can you donate? Yarn, paint, brushes, fabric, floral, craft papers, stickers, buttons, fabric, knitting needles and crochet hooks, markers and pens, ink, stamps and stamp pads, scrap booking supplies, jewelry supplies, beads, sewing notions, etc. If you can create with it and it’s in good, usable condition, it will be welcome at our Swap!

We ask that items be in like-new condition and to please bag/re-package any small items such as beads, buttons etc.

Any leftover supplies may be used by the library for programs or donated.

Meeting Room A
All ages. Patrons will be making thaumatropes; optical illusions wherein the images on either side of a spinning "coin" appear to merge into one.  Patrons will print and sublimate the two "halves" of their image on either face of a 3" circle, which will then be mounted to a laser-cut stand using 3D-printed brackets. Young children may need adult assistance.
