Free Immunizations for children provided by the Suffolk County Department of Health! SCDH is also now offering FREE Pfizer/Moderna COVID vaccines to all children ages 6 months and above.

Please note:
Children must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian with documentation.  Each child must have their immunization record with them.  
All shots are being provided on a first come, first served basis.  
Please arrive 30 minutes before the program's end time to ensure your spot.  
This program is geared towards the uninsured.

Vacunas gratuitas para niños  de 6 meses en adelante. 
Las Vacunas Pfizer para los niños serán proporcionadas por el Departamento de Salud del Condado de Suffolk. 
SCDH ofrece , según el suministro asignado.
Tenga en cuenta:
Los niños deben estar acompañados por un padre/tutor legal con documentación. Cada niño debe llevar consigo su cartilla de vacunación.
Todas las vacunas se proporcionan por orden de llegada.
Favor de llegar antes de las 2:30pm (hora que finaliza el evento) para asegurar su lugar.
Este programa está dirigido a personas sin seguro.
