Our certified SMART Recovery facilitator provides individuals with tools and support to overcome their addiction. The facilitator will also help attendees create bonds with others enduring the same challenges.

Children's Program Room
For families with children of all ages. Make someone’s day extra merry & bright by creating, decorating or wrapping a special gift for a teacher, family member, or friend. Enjoy festive music while creating! Teens will be available to help crafting and wrapping gifts on Tuesdays, December 9 and 16 from 3-5 pm and Thursdays, December 11 and 18 from 4-6 pm.

Get moving with a light cardiovascular workout that combines strength and resistance training, balance, coordination, and stretching. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring water and a set of light weights if you have them. Resistance bands will be provided.
