Discover the importance of exercise for older adults in preventing falls and maintaining independence. Key strategies for improving balance, strength, and flexibility will be discussed, along with practical tips on exercises that can be easily incorporated into daily routines. Attend in person or via Zoom.
The session emphasizes the role of physical activity in enhancing overall health and well-being, and encourages older adults to stay active and engaged to reduce your risk of falls and injuries.
