Smoking Cessation Support Group

Join a support group for former smokers and attendees of the Suffolk County Department of Health 's smoking cessation program. This group will meet on the first Wednesday of each month. Registration is recommended but not required.

Have you been thinking about quitting smoking/vaping? Are you already smoke free or vape free, but want a little extra support? Then come to the free monthly cessation support group offered by the Suffolk County Department of Health’s "Learn To Be…Tobacco Free" program. You’ll learn why tobacco products are so difficult to stop, ways to overcome cravings and get tips to how to stay tobacco free! If you have questions, please call Debora Rippel at 631-853-2928.
