The Writing, Reading and Mathematics sections of the SAT will be covered. This class is FREE sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

Learn the basics and the principles of Sun Style Tai Chi using Dr. Paul Lam's easy to learn program. We will practice the Basic Six level of Part 1. This is an evidence-based program designed to help people reduce joint pain and improve balance. The gentle movements are easy on the body and fun to learn.
