Program kits can be picked up 2 weeks prior to program and are on a first-come basis. Kits can be picked up at the Carnegie Library or at the Main Branch. 

This is a pre-recorded video that you can watch at anytime but it will go live at 3 pm on the Teen Instagram and PMLIB YouTube Channel.
