Free Immunizations for children provided by the Suffolk County Department of Health! SCDH is also now offering FREE Pfizer COVID vaccines to all children ages 12 and up, depending on allotted supply.

Please note:
Children must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian with documentation.  Each child must have their immunization record with them.  
All shots are being provided on a first come, first served basis.  
Please arrive 30 minutes before the program's end time to ensure your spot.  
This program is geared towards the uninsured.
