Come learn Part 1 of the Sun style Tai Chi. Tai Chi has many health benefits such as reduced pain in arthritic joints and improved balance. Improved balance can help reduce falling. Tai Chi moves slowly, smoothly, and has a steady pace. It can be considered a moving meditation.
