Enjoy festive music while creating! Teens will be available to help crafting and wrapping gifts on Tuesdays, December 9 and 16 from 3-5 pm and Thursdays, December 11 and 18 from 4-6 pm.

This is an evidence-based program designed to help people reduce joint pain and improve balance. The gentle movements are easy on the body and fun to learn.
