For teens in grades 6-12. Come and sample some immersive Virtual Reality games and software with the library’s HTC Vive headset! This program is designed for teen to attend independently.
For grades 3-6. Come to the library for an hour of fun playing Minecraft. Hang out with other kids who love Minecraft while you play the game and complete in-game challenges.
All ages. Patrons will be making thaumatropes; optical illusions wherein the images on either side of a spinning "coin" appear to merge into one. Patrons will print and sublimate the two "halves" of their image on either face of a 3" circle, which will then be mounted to a laser-cut stand using 3D-printed brackets. Young children may need adult assistance.
For families with children 2 and up. LEGO and DUPLO sets will be out for individual building or family fun! No registration necessary, Drop-In. Get ready, Get set, Lets LEGO.
