The Brown v. Board of Education case culminated on May 17, 1954, when the Supreme Court issued a unanimous decision declaring racial segregation in public schools unconstitutional. In this lecture, we will discuss the legal development of the case and the definition of ‘equal protection’ that remains part of its legacy. Attend in person or online.
