This free, multi-session program is offered by the Suffolk County Dept of Health Services and is based on the CDC's Clinical Practice Guidelines for treating nicotine dependence. Nicotine Replacement Therapies are available for a nominal fee. Those who use all forms of tobacco are welcome.
