Tai Chi: Part II

A continuation of Tai Chi: Part 1, building off of the Basic 6 Forms and Advanced Movements. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear.

This series is based on Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi Program for Arthritis and is facilitated by a certified Tai Chi trainer from the Suffolk County Office of Health Education.
