LI Cares is here with their Farm to Truck service to distribute free, farm fresh produce and dairy to the community.
The truck will be located in the back of the Main Library on our red bricks.
Get moving with a light cardiovascular workout that combines strength and resistance training, balance, coordination, and stretching. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring water and a set of light weights if you have them. Resistance bands will be provided. Register for each month separately.
For children 18-35 months. A mix of basic skills, fitness concepts and beginner offensive and defensive learning will be used to engage little athletes in the fundamentals of sports!

A representative from Suffolk County Office of the Aging will discuss different benefits and programs that Suffolk County offers its senior residents, such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicare Savings Program (MSP), and HEAP. The Advocate is available on a walk-in basis; no appointment required. Call the Library for more details.
